Our plan: Host a dodgeball tournament to raise funds or raise awareness for a nonprofit organization.

Our Process:

Step 1: Present individual organization choices to the group.

Step 2: Contact chosen organization for approval.

Step 3: Focus on the details: where/when/how the tournament would be hosted, raising awareness and increasing involvement, fundraising ideas, etc.

Step 4: Create an itinerary to develop tasks and due dates and manage project details.

Step 5: Delegate tasks to group members and get the ball rolling!
